Ethiopian Airlines Inaugurates New Thrice-Weekly Service to Lyon, France
Ethiopian Airlines, the continent’s largest and most awarded network operator, is thrilled to announce the official launch of its new thrice-weekly passenger services to Lyon, France.
The grand inauguration ceremony, held at the airline’s headquarters, was graced by high-ranking government officials, diplomatic ambassadors, Ethiopian Airlines executives, and other distinguished guests, marking a significant milestone in the carrier’s European expansion strategy.

The service is expected to significantly bolster bilateral trade, foster deep cultural exchanges, and offer seamless onward connectivity to Ethiopian Airlines’ vast network of over 60 destinations across Africa, including key cities in East, West, and Southern Africa.
