Trellis School Launches Aviation Society with Industry Support
Trellis International Christian School launched its Aviation Society on Friday, August 7, 2026. The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority, alongside the Uganda Air Traffic Controllers Association, led a career guidance exercise for students. Major airlines, including Uganda Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, and Kenya Airways, participated in the event.
Industry experts shared very valuable insights into diverse aviation roles, ranging from piloting and engineering to air traffic control and cabin crew management. The session aimed to inspire minds and highlight the vast opportunities within the sector.
School Principal Ms. Apoo Sharon extended her gratitude to all participating organizations for their expertise. She described the initiative as the dawn of a new era, confidently noting that this truly marks the beginning of a path leading many students toward successful aviation careers.
