KCCA Signs Strategic Deal to Digitize Aviation Oversight

The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCCA) has entered into a landmark partnership with Seabury Solutions to automate ASSR functions, advancing Kenya’s aviation regulatory framework, in line with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards.
The contract was signed by KCCA Director General Mr. Emile Arao on the sidelines of the ICAO facilitation conference in Doha, and witnessed by PS Mohamed Daghar and Ambassador Boniface Muhatia Nur.
The Delegation also held high-level discussions with Qatar Airways’ CEO, Mr. Badr Al Meer, exploring future collaboration.
This initiative positions Kenya as a leader in smart aviation oversight and public sector innovation.
