Gulf Air to Launch Direct Flights to New York JFK, Expanding Its Global Network
Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the launch of direct flights to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), marking a strategic return to the North American market. The new route will commence on October 1, 2025, with three weekly flights operated by the state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
Initially, Gulf Air will operate from Terminal One at JFK, with plans to transition to the new, world-class Terminal One facility in June 2026. The move is expected to enhance the passenger experience, aligning with Gulf Air’s premium service standards and offering travelers a seamless and modern airport journey.
