When the world’s fastest man needed help, there was only one logistics company who could answer the call. A week before the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Usain Bolt was still without his prized running shoes. DHL stepped in and booked space on a flight from its Central Asia Hub in Hong Kong to secure the shoes, which arrived in Rio in time for the race. DHL completed the first part of their journey, and Usain finished the second — sprinting 100 meters in 9.81 seconds to win the gold medal.
