Kenya Civil Aviation Authority Approves Implementation of New Human Resource Instruments
The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) has announced the implementation of its key Human Resource (HR) instruments, following the recent approval by the Public Service Commission (PSC) and subsequent endorsement by the Principal Secretary, State Department for Aviation and Aerospace Development.
The implementation aspects will include a revamped Organization Structure, Career Guidelines and adoption of Human Resource Policies and Procedures. A strategic roadmap for the same has been developed encompassing a five-year implementation plan.
According to Kenya Civil Aviation Authority Director General Emile N. Arao, Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) remains committed to strengthening its human resource capacity to enhance its service delivery and support Kenya’s aspirations in civil aviation.
